When you think of the application of technology today, what I love about it is, it’s got the ability, in so many positive ways, to change things. How many times have we all been frustrated when you end up going to a call center, and having to enter a fourteen digit code and remind them of your mother’s maiden name and the first pet you ever had? Today, AI allows us to actually know who you are without having to do any of those things. When I think of AI and the collection and storage and use of that information, we’ve got to be mindful of the responsibility that we take in terms of our customers. And making sure that we’re safeguarding that information and using that information in a way that benefits them in their lives.
